It looks like I'm still on track with my weight. It's a great day and I am glad to start the new week. So much to do. I plan to go on some hikes this week as we conduct our condition inspections on our trails. Good workouts. Tonight is Chest and Back workout. I'm looking forward to it. I need to really turn up the heat and push myself. Seriously thinking about getting the Insanity workout dvds.
