Started Insanity with my wife and we are doing the Beachbody nutrition guide that goes along with it ... I would say I am following the diet 95 percent. Not sure if that would count as reasonably well. We are doing 5 meals a day about 300 to 400 calories. Wish us luck Week 1 just finished yesterday. Today is my rest day.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi - I just responded to your nice comment on my journal, so check there. But want to congratulate you on starting Insanity! That was the last program I did before I had surgery in late Oct. and it is a WONDERFUL workout. I think I had more pride of accomplishment doing that workout than any of the others. Shaun T is my hero :D And ENJOY your rest day. You need it!
