I need to write down my short term goals so that I can SEE what I'm working for. I want to have lost at least 30 lbs by my doctor's appointment on 7/7/14 and enjoy the look on my doctor's face. I want to enjoy my vacation at Universal in Orlando at the end of July and ride the rollercoasters WITHOUT worrying that I won't fit in the rides. My goal weight is so far off I can't even picture it, but riding roller coasters without embarassment, that I can see. :)
247.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
