Day 24. Claire made treacle tart and a coffee cake yesterday and I had large portions of both. However despite a below average diet day I'm very pleased to have maintained the large loss from the day before I was fully expecting some bounce back that hasn't happened. Today though I feel that I owe my diet a decent deficit and so I have turned my coffee cake resist knob up to number 11.

Yesterday I repacked up the bits from the old washing machine ready for pickup.
The nice delivery men are going to take it away for free when they deliver the new machine. I think this service was offered to soften me up because they were trying to sell me a £6 a month insurance.

Todays picture is of my Desktop hi-fi which all tidy now with a single mini amp and home built speakers. Tidy that is except for the diy subwoofer it works brilliantly but looks dreadful. I now need to finish off setting up my other recently built speakers. But thats for another week.

Hopefully after the delivery of the WM I can fit a nice run in.
