Gained weight cause I've been eating horribly. Started weight loss journey on 6/10/14
240.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2205 kcal Fat: 61.58g | Prot: 116.55g | Carb: 310.65g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Maple & Brown Sugar, Coffee, Coffee, Silk French Vanilla Soymilk Creamer. Lunch: Wegmans Watermelon, Smart Ones Classic Favorites Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken. Dinner: Chicken Pho, Peanut Sauce, Shrimp Spring Roll. Snacks/Other: Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Bananas, Nature Valley Protein Crunchy Granola Oats 'N Honey, Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt. more...
