Well, I started this off fairly welll....about a pound and a half gone this week which is nice...I hwas hoping for a little more but maybe next week. I've figured out my system now so I'm pretty set!

P90X starts now, so let's see how that works with ww. I have to admit, I'm dreading core synergistics, but it must be done! Cardio tomorrow!

No more excuses!
196.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You'll have to let me know how WW and P90X work, my husband bought it and wants to start, but I want to be down 10 pounds first in case it adds more pounds by muscle weighing more then fat. Good LUCK!!!
