OMG!!! What happened? But I also drank a lot this morning, so I hope thats why I took 600gr 'tonight' and not because of the currywurst and frenchfries yesterday. Oh well yoghurt for breakfast and water. And easy workout. Thats all.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
