Day 4 on atkins diet I started Atkins on Monday 4/11. I only found this site on the 14th and didnt know that I could put in Atkins diet. That is why it says Own diet to begin with I dont know how to change it. Also actual start weight was 195!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
