Trying not to eat any wheat. Cut right down in sugar. None in coffee. Trying to eat more green and trying to cut down a bit on food. 2 proteins a meal. Tried the Yaccon syrup.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
