Trying to ease back into things. So far I’m making some progress, not as much as I sjould, but giving myself a lot of space and patience.
465.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 310.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm eating way too much this week but at least still lifting daily. Every day I restart thinking it will be the day I eat 1800 calories... one week good- one week bad. It really stalls any kind of progress. But just have to keep trying. You can do it. I'm going to do it.
