Have really not been following a good diet and exercise routine. Have to get back on the wagon. Now I have even less time to work out. Will have to train myself to wake up at 6am to get in a good 45 min run every morning. Blah! I hate early morning gym times.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
