Have been at this weight for weeks now. I need to change something in my diet because I seem to have become stagnant. Dietician suggest that I refrain from carbohydrates at night and try to eat them during breakfast and lunch.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
