That jump in weight was unexpected this morning. I didn't eat very much yesterday and I had a good workout. I even did a little extra walking around at work. Well, I'm still within my weight goals, but it doesn't make much sense to me. Tonight I'll be skipping yoga (again) and doing a little swimming. I need to focus on the yoga. It's really great for me, but it doesn't seem to burn many calories.
