OK So.... I finally got down to a weight I had been waiting for on Friday and then I totally blew it on Saturday. Geesh! Well, I know what to do. Just keep swimming, as Dori from Nemo would say. And so I shall. Back on the proper food plan wagon. Here goes. Good luck to all.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
