I did rather well with my eating yesterday. It was the first day in a while when I didn't have a shake at all. I went with oatmeal and milk for breakfast, a healthy soup at lunch, and homemade lentil soup with a baked Flatout sprayed with a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkled with seasonings for dinner. I should have had a bit less soup at dinner, but at least it was a very healthy soup -- pretty much just red lentils, red onion, carrots and low-sodium chicken broth :)
241.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
