Horeee bisa turun ampe segini cuma dengan jaga makan, ga ngemil, banyak makan sayur, kurangi gorengan...
N olga yg rutin
Walaupun cuma 1 jam, tapi tiap hari
Hehehhehhe
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
