I ran my first 5k! I was sad that the time was slow 35 minutes but then I was like-- hey, you ran a 5k-- good job! Keep going :)
148.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
