I was eating garbage for a good month. However, I have been working out regularly. I feel better and I think I look better (firmer and more toned) so if I can clean up my diet and keep working out I should be ok. It's the sticking to it that kills!
231.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
