I've been on a low fat Vegan diet for 3 days now. I've lost 2 lbs per day. I need to keep my calcium, Vitamin D and B-12 intake up. I'm trying this partly to check it out as a viable diet for David since he doesn't have as long to clog his arteries. So far it looks like 1/4 cup black-strap molasses is the way to go for 80% of the days calcium (1 tbsp before every meal), sunshine for Vitamin D and nutritional yeast for B-12. I may have to eat some meat ever once in a while to keep things going because I'm not totally dedicated to giving up sushi.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
