post 0p 12 days. Cottage cheese is hard to eat will do yogurt instead. Had chicken cream soup yesterday. a lot of carbs. Tasted good but should have looked at ingredients list. Today will try chicken broth with cooked vegetables in it, instead.
324.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 194.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
