WOW. Still I feel like a loser because I didn't work out how I planned yesterday, and I won't be able to today, and probably tomorrow neither... MORE workout sunday then...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
