Week 7 done- Thought I would lose more. one day weighed in at 194,another at 195,6. Still, this week I broke the dessert fast, has pizza buffet with C yesterday
and have had np major cheats. should be proud to be down 11 plus pounds in 7 weeks. okay onward and upward.... Dr downward
196.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
