I would have weighed into Tuesday at Weight Watchers. That would have been meeting 3. There's 7 more. I have not lost any weight. Last week I gained .2 pounds. This week I gained .8. This is my attempt and effort to do BETTER. I am counting point again starting TODAY.
I had a fruit smoothie this morning. TOO MANY CARBS. 12 points. I had hibachi chicken for lunch. Very good and filling. 9 points.
I will do better. I am more determined now to reach my goal.
