I think that you should think of it as a lifestyle change and not a on again off again plan and that will help you to lose the weight and get healthy. Its only a bad week if you did what you didnt want to do. I mean like I never say oh I am cheating on my diet, bc I am not on one. I eat what I want if I want to have a piece of cake I do but I also know that it will make me feel like crap so I have to decide what I want. Good Luck to you.
