Late nite McDonald’s
Was stupid, renewing my eating goals now!
236.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

i’ve learned to include mcdonalds in my diet. i go for a 10 piece nuggets. not the healthiest choice, but the macros aren’t bad and it’s delicious. really helps with making this not feel like a diet. eat the foods you like, just be smart about it!
