We were both starving last night - well, more like afternoon! And, it was date night. So, we compromised. Considered which restaurants were likely to have the best salads and went to Black Eyed Pea. They have a Cobb Salad with bacon, avocado, veggies and fried chicken pieces for 830 calories. We put down about 950 to account for one roll with butter.

Down this morning!! Yippee!!
309.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 129.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
