Back on diet - after last weekend off - it's taken 5 days to lose the weight I put on over the weekend (1.4 kg). It's easier to eat sensibly, rather than let yourself go.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
