This week has been a new start. My biggest hurdle is getting through times where I lack motivation to eat well and exercise. I've decided to devote time each week looking at transformation pictures and following fitness blogs to help keep me motivated! I ran twice this last week, one youtube zumba session, and two weight lifting rounds. I actually started the week at 173 so pretty happy to see some weight drop. As for diet, I made only super small changes this week like foregoing dessert and eating scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of carbs. Yay for success made by small changes!
168.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
