Trying out Dr Oz's 2 week rapid weight loss plan. I feel like I'm eating too much, but the numbers on the scale are going down so I'm good. Trying to drink the hot lemon water now. Blech!

My weekend walking buddy had a death in the family, so she's out of town. Tryingto convince the hubby to go. I used to prefer walking alone, but the I got used to walking with my friend. The good new is that at least I can walk again.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 109.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
