I definitely feel motivated to lose the fat and keep exercising and eating healthy. I've never felt this way before. Usually I give up after the first day and then feel bad afterwards. But not this time. I'm making the change! The biggest challenge for me at the moment is not letting myself get down about not seeing the scale go down. I know that it will eventually. I just need to keep focused.
