I must be experiencing water weight gain or something. When I weighed myself yesterday, the scale said 164. When I weighed myself this morning, it was back down to 162. We'll see what the weekend brings...I do better when I start eating early in the day. I will set a mini goal to consume all my main meals before 5 pm. This shouldn't be hard since I get up so early in the morning.
