So washed out yet; taking a shower, nearly collapsed. Had to stop partway upstairs to take dog out. Last night 1st time eating a bedtime snack per my NP; no insulin now. Yesterday last steroid pill.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
