Back on the diet ... it still seems strange that two days' of average each provided about the same weight change as a week of dieting and regular excercise.

Food for thought!
184.1 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
