Not logging food just working out every day atleast 5 days a week simple routine really row for 20 min.. skierg for 5min and one compound barbel work out.... daily. for five days pushing hard in all day then we gome and rest. wait up the next day and do it all over again.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
