I've been a member of FS for almost 2 years and am currently down about 22 pounds from my high of 182 lbs. I was 26-27 pounds down at one point but when my father was diagnosed with leukemia last summer I started to stress eat and gained back about 6-7 lbs. Been back watching what I eat, calorie counting, and am trying to get to my goal weight of 146 lbs before my trip to Santa Barbara in July. I'm hoping that a little exercise will help push things along a little faster.
