Had a weekend off and ate more or less what I felt like - also didn't go to the gym: up 1.5 kg this morning (Monday).
It just shows how easy it is to put weight back on.
At the same time, looking at the food sheets of some other members, it seems that they are acheiving weight loss only by nearly starving themselves. Therefore, I feel happy about going up 1.5 kg in 2 days, as it shows that I can control my weight be healthy eating ... and a fair amount of excerise (I'm burning an extra 2000 calories a day on average, between swimming, going to gym classes, walking and cycling).
After all, our aim shouldn't just be to lose weight, but, more importantly, not put it back on.
Good luck to very one!

One final thought has occurred to me - a see that many members are also eating prepared food. I believe the best way to keep a check on what you are eating is to only eat food you prepare yourself (excluding things like bread and sauces/seasonings). That way you can control both what you eat and the amount.

Hey champ, how's it going? Watching your progress with interest. Wishing you well.think we have similar goals. Have found that having protein shake with frozen berries a great late lunch before a workout. Provides good focus at the gym. In the evening fish is a winner with loads of green vegetables, spinach, asparagus, etc. have found I am not feeling hungry at all, am working of an RDI of 1000 which is pretty lean I know...... Cheers, Ian
