I know they say you shouldn't weigh yourself every day, but I can't help it. I want to weigh myself every morning because I'm excited to see that I am actually losing weight every day.

Starting-4th day
Total loss-6.2 lbs
227.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 22.4 lb a week
