Here we go. It's been a very strange few years hasn't it. Well, it's time for change to pull together and try and get back on track. Seeing a photo of my saggy moobs late last summer was the final straw and a visual kick up the backside lol 😆. I need to regain my shape and turn the V back up the right way. I'm sure there is muscles hiding under the layer of fat that has slowly covered them over the last 2 years or so. Steps have been increased, started doing 100 press ups a day and I now use a workout app ever other day. Just need the motivation to keep going and that photo is all I need 🤭🤪.
