Saturday, I ate pretty poorly...I had my end of the year curling tournament...and it was catered with pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, cole slaw, chips, desserts...and finally pizza, since they didn't order enough pulled pork...I planned on eating poorly...so I worked out extra during the day...and ate well all day too...Then I had one pulled pork sandwich, not a real big sandwich either...The potato salad and cole slaw sucked, so I barely ate any of that...I had about 1/2 a piece of pizza, since I didn't have enough pulled pork before it ran out...Then I found a cheesecake bite dessert, so I had 1/2 of that...It was so small that I didn't mind throwing out the other 1/2 bite ::lol::

Sunday, I did pretty well...worked out early...and had a shake for breakfast and lunch...and a soup as a snack...Then I took food to my parents' house to make for dinner...I baked a chicken breast...and had 3 oz of that with a stir-fry of red onions, yellow squash, garlic, and asparagus that I made in a little olive oil...and I had a good size salad with the low-fat, low-calorie Bolthouse Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing I took over there...

I also had a serving of bite-sized cheesy rice cakes :) Though I did also have some Pepsi :(

Either way, I still lost 1 pound from where I was on Sunday morning :)
246.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
