Yes, I am up a little over Christmas but stayed within 4 lbs. for half a year eating more to maintain and enjoying BBQ's and drinks. I am hoping my metabolism is back to normal and that I can shed a few pounds more quickly this time. As some are aware, my body held on to the weight thinking it was starving last January although I had a calorie deficit to have had weight loss. So I did a reset and am trying again. I am also being more dedicated to my exercise again although I did my walking regularly.
When the pants feel uncomfortable it is not time to adjust the buckle but to buckle up!
