I feel like I am finally focused and am where I should be! When I do my 4 mile walk in the mornings I feel so good and it lasts throughout the day! The scale is moving slowly, but still it is moving in the right direction. I have a positive attitude and having my pants look and feel looser is the added motivation I need. I just tell myself the inches are moving faster than the scale is. It was raining ealt this morning and I could have used it for an excuse not to walk BUT I did not and by the time I got ready and outside the rain was done. YOU GO GIRL!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Rock and roll! I always liked walking in the rain myself, but that's great that you got out there and it stopped in time for you to get yer exercise going! No excuses and lots of loses! ;) Keep up the inspiring work (great avatar btw).
