I love sweets ! I baked some banana brownies on Tuesday for my kiddos ( I ate 2 that day ) .. yesterday i wanted to eat another one but instead I ate 2 apples. I am trying.
172.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 42.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
