I have been keeping up the running and I ran a 1/2 marathon distance with hills yesterday.
That's helped to start to shift that 3kg of Christmas excess.

Happy new year all.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 61.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
