Fell off the wagon a lot this last week. Really trying to get back on track. Goal is to lose 10 lbs by Memorial weekend. Let's do this!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
