Well its a New Year and time for a fresh start, I think I peak at almost 160kg which is a record for me, not one that I am proud.

Happy New Year to one and all !!!!
344.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
