Def had more calories with Christmas dinner . Was prepared for a gain but was still hoping not. lol I guess .6 isn't bad but still makes me feel bad when I gain.
95.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
