Stairmaster low intensity-medium for 45 minutes.

Normal walk around the 'hood after dinner for 30 minutes.

I didn't eat any meat today.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
