I have hit a plateau...I will continue to adhere to healthy eating and better portions along with returning to my walk-run exercising. It's been a BUSY past two weeks!!!! Reaching the last 5 will be the hardest and it will take me back to pre-baby weight and a couple more ...which was 19 years ago!!

120.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
