Up after Christmas dinner.. not as much as I thought it would be up. I calorie counted for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner. I did exercise yesterday which I think helped.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
