Low Carb, Low Sugar & Low Cholesterol. This is a life change not a diet. I found out 5/9 that I have diabetes and high cholesterol. I am 53 years old with 5 grown children & 5 grandchildren. At my doctor's visit I weighed in @ 187lbs this is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I have never watched what I ate just ate whatever I wanted. Well that me is gone! The new me will eat healthy and get fit! My goal for now is 150 but I know once I get there I will want to set a new goal.
